Are you ready to be the boss and lead your team to baked glory!Team Leaders decide what product they are baking and the prices they are sold at on market but that doesn’t mean you don’t take in the feedback of your team. A good team leader will utilize all the strengths of their team members to execute the production and marketing plan laid out for them!

Are you interested in learning about starting a business or running a kitchen, or just looking to have some fun baking while learning?Whether your background is in baking, culinary, web design, or underwater basket weaving, if you want to learn about startups and enjoy baking, then this is the roll for you! On the first night of the event, you get to choose what Team Leader you want to work with so be sure to listen to all of them!
